Notes on File Clerk...

This project started as an attempt to get around the system 
resources problem in Windows 3.0.  I wanted quick access to data 
files from the Program Manager, but I didn't want a seperate 
icon on the desktop for each file. Thus the need for File Clerk.

Obviously the resources problem is not so acute in Windows 3.1, 
but I still find the quick access to files handy.

I welcome your feedback on ways I can improve the code, or 
suggestions for enhancements. I plan to add the ability to select 
multiple files and use multiple filename filters. Let me know if 
you think of other ideas.
